Hello, I have a job offer that expires on 2020 April 17, the offer is with LMIA, I have problems for being inadmissible for having been accused of domestic violence in the USA in 2011, I was deported for that crime and received 3 years of probation, with 2500 USD fine, I do not consider myself a person who is going to cause any problem in Canada, on the contrary, after so many years of being in my country Mexico, I have read a lot about the immigration law in Canada, After being deported I have continued living with the same woman of the problem in USA, we have 20 years living together, with 3 children the first two born in USA, the last one with 2 years of age, after 2011 we got married by the law in 2013, from 2011 to 2013 I was taking therapies for anger management, that's why we decided to get married, in 2018 we got married by the church, my life has been very stable, both economically and emotionally, however during these years because of my history and skills I receive job offers from Canada all the time, The truth is that I dream of living in a first world country and the best thing legally, I have applied 4 times for Canada the first two without knowing that I am inadmissible, and in the second I was accused of misrepresentation with 4 years of penalty, last year already knowing my inadmissibility I applied for TRP in the embassy of Mexico City, but the problem was that it took 6 months to respond, and at the same time I applied for the employment permit that in 6 weeks was rejected without taking into account that I also applied for TRP, Now I want to know if I can apply for a work visa and I want to apply for TRP at the airport in Canada, or if my possibilities are null, and the best way would be first to apply for rehabilitation, and then if I am accepted to look for an employer with LMIA, I really want to apply on this occasion and offer my family this opportunity and be able to bring something positive to Canada

You need to apply for rehabilitation. A work permit won't be approved unless you have been approved for rehabilitation or already hold an approved TRP. I would apply for rehabilitation as soon as possible. It can take anywhere from a few months to over a year to process.

You'll never get as far as a Canadian airport to apply for a TRP there. You won't be allowed to board an airplane to Canada.

Also note that a work permit won't be possible until after your misrepresentation ban has ended. It's not clear when you received the misrepresentation ban.

Misrepresentation ended by December 2018, so my question now it is if I could get a work visa approval without TRP , and explaining that on my work visa, to apply in the airport, for not enough time

No - it's impossible for you to get a work permit approved without a TRP. No - the work permit will not be approved if you explain that you will apply for a TRP later.

Again, as already explained, you can't apply for a TRP at the airport. You will never be allowed to board the airplane to Canada. If you want to apply for a TRP, the only option is to apply from your home country.

You need to forget about applying for a work permit for now. It's simply not possible.

Another thing to explain, last year when applied for TRP, never knew decision, I assumed rejection, immigration never asked for my passport, and my work permit gets refused, they just suggest to send a parcel to pick up my paperwork, I didn't

IRCC would have notified you of the TRP decision. I would check your email spam box. Sometimes emails from IRCC end up there and people miss them.

I expect the TRP was probably refused. It's generally difficult to get a TRP approved unless you have strong ties to Canada or a high priority need to travel here.

I check my emails everyday and my spam box also, they never told me any decision, they just notified the desicion was made, and to pick up my paperwork, my instint told me a TRP refused, don't you think?

Yes - that sounds like a refusal.

I don't think there is any chance the TRP and work permit will be approved.

As I said earlier, you need to apply for rehabilitation.

Information on how to apply for rehabilitaion and what documents are required is here:

Ok, thanks for all your answers, by 2024 will pass 10 years of probation and my fine, wich I paid, after 10 years and not more crimes I will be clean, or rehabilitation has to be anyway?

How's going to be better, rehabilitation or wait after 2024? 10 years after probation and fine were completed
