I am jan 25 applixant. Aor 2 oct 3rd. Additional documents request dec 10. Provided the documents dec 13. Pin drop silence since and status still says in progress.
In my case they asked me to upload police certificate online. They never confirmed receipt and my online status still shows action required. I sent a webform inquiry late dec (Or maybe early jan) and they replied that they have received it, but the status was never updated in my account.

My lawyer just ask me to birthday certificate with notarypublic.i applied 23 dec 2019.they just send back file and saying incomplete..thanks for help
