I have used the "Come to Canada eligibility tool" and it tells me I am eligible, yet when I submit my Express Entry profile it says I am ineligible.

Here is the information I am entering:
Language: CELPIP score: S=11, L=8, R=10, W=7
Education: recent WES credential = Diploma (2 years)
Work experience = NOC: 5241, Skill Level B
I have a total of 8 years full-time experience all in the same NOC category. I had 9 jobs during that time - some for 6 months or less, but at least 2 of them were for more than 12 months.
Age: 47+
Arranged employment in Canada:
I'm currently working in Canada for the past few months in that same NOC category and have a valid work permit that is LMIA exempt. My job offer is at least 1 yr.
Adaptability: spouse does not have any factors that get points
Relatives in Canada: aunt
Funds: $25000 for 3 people

I hope someone can help me with this.

Thanks in advance.

A few comments:
- Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW points scheme? You need to have this to qualify.
- No points awarded for your aunt. Points are only awarded for siblings in Canada
- You cannot claim points for arranged employment / having a job offer. If you hold a closed work permit that lists your employer's name and are LMIA exempt, you must work in Canada for a full year before you can claim these points

Thanks very much for your help. I see now why I wouldn't get the 10 points for the "Arranged employment in Canada" factor, because of the combination of LMIA exemption with less than 12 months working for that employer.

Does that also apply though to the "Arranged employment in Canada" section under the Adaptability factor? Would I still get those 5 points or are they related? Under Adaptability it just says "Arranged employment in Canada - 5 points - You earned points for having arranged employment. Arranged employment here is defined as "when you have a job offer from a Canadian employer in a NOC 0, A, or B job for a continuous period of one year or more." and valid job offer is defined as "A job offer, in writing, for Express Entry candidates. The offer must be - for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week) - for work that is not seasonal and for at least one year - skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2016 National Occupational Classification (NOC) - supported by an LMIA (unless exempt)."

Are you sure the aunt doesn't count? Under Adaptability factor section "Relatives in Canada", it says you get 5 points for:
You, or your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative who is:
  • living in Canada
  • 18 years or older and
  • a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
This relative must be a:
  • parent
  • grandparent
  • child
  • grandchild
  • your or your spouse’s sibling (child of your or your spouse’s parent)
  • your or your spouse’s aunt or uncle (by blood or marriage)
  • your or your spouse’s niece or nephew (grandchild of your or your spouse’s parent)
