i will apply in hccp
i have a query, i am applying from outside canada and i have two school going children having age 11 and 15 , should i fill a study permit forms for both children or no need to fill any form.

Hello everyone,
I was able to contact the IRCC through the web form. I selected temporary residence Visa and work permit. I put my receipt number as the application number, filled out the rest of the form and uploaded some documents from the HCCP checklist, including my courier tracking to show that they got my application.
IRCC told me that they sent an email to my representative on Jan 7th and my employer received a NOA email on Jan 7th as well!
We missed the email by a couple of weeks
So to all of those having trouble getting AOR, try and use the web form to contact the IRCC, maybe you will have better luck through this way instead of the phone line. Also keep checking your emails!
Application sent: Sept 14, 2019
Receieved by IRCC: Sept 19, 2019
AOR and NOA: Jan 7, 2020

As we have seen in this forum, they usually ask for 3 years NOA and/or T4s but every case is different.
Thanks for sharing. I tried contacting them via the web form but it didn't go through cos there was no application number, I will try again using my receipt number.
