I am about to submit my application for Home Care. My employer has just one child of about 3 years but I have 4 kids, with my husband, we will be family of six. Please, is it reasonable for me to apply with all the family members considering the fact that my employer has just one child? I really need the house advise because I do not want to risk this application. Thanks.

Hi. Your application date is almost similar to mine. I sent it Nov 12 then the mail tracking said they received it Nov 15. Until now, I dont have any update yet.

Today we recived the aor and embassy also request us to pay biometrics fee.
Applied- 08/11/2019
Aor- 28/01/2020.
It takes almost 3 months for aor.

Hi there! Out timeline is almost the same however, I haven’t received any AOR yet.

Is the 08/11/19 was the date you sent it or the date the immigration received it on their office?

Hello everyone,

I was able to contact the IRCC through the web form. I selected temporary residence Visa and work permit. I put my receipt number as the application number, filled out the rest of the form and uploaded some documents from the HCCP checklist, including my courier tracking to show that they got my application.

IRCC told me that they sent an email to my representative on Jan 7th and my employer received a NOA email on Jan 7th as well!
We missed the email by a couple of weeks

So to all of those having trouble getting AOR, try and use the web form to contact the IRCC, maybe you will have better luck through this way instead of the phone line. Also keep checking your emails!

Receieved by IRCC: Sept 19, 2019
AOR and NOA: Jan 7, 2020

I remembering reading somewhere it takes 2-5 business days for them to respond. But I have submitted the web form 3 times and I have received a response within 2 business days for all 3 forms.
