I have got a offer from a Private university callled UCW
Will it be easy to get PR with private uni or shall I go for public university?

You need to make sure that they are listed as a Designated Learning Institute. Don’t ask them. Check the list on IRCC website. That’s the list issued by government. If they are not listed, you will not qualify for POst Graduate Work Permit.

also, you put the wrong subject line. It says Canadian Citizenship, but you’re asking for route to PR. Those are two completely different things.

PR is not easy regardless. Private schools generally don't qualify for PGWPs, so waste of money.

Being a DLI makes zero difference for getting a PGWP.

I agree with canuck_in_uk comments. If I were you, I would never go to private uni or college. There are so many wonderful public options available. Application process isn't too difficult either.

If it’s not a DLI, PGWP is not issued. A friend is an admissions officer at a private non DLI school and deal with this every year.

Again, being a DLI doesn't make a difference. The majority of private schools that are DLIs are still ineligible for PGWP.
