How early can I come to canada before College starts. Some says one can come 1 month before college starts. Some says if you arrive canada before 21 days, you have to face difficulties from immigration authorities on the airport. Kindly solve the query.

It is a case by case issue. If you've good reason to be in Canada say 21 days before school start date for reason of accommodation, books, orientation, pre-class or international student program etc there shouldn't be any issue.
