Hi Guys, my file was moved to NDVO on 13th January. Based on updates in this forum it should change to 'Application Received' which would be AOR2. How long does it take for this update to take place. Mine still continues to show 'In-Process' 2 weeks after it was transferred to NDVO.

I believe AOR2 is when it's says' we have started working on your application' on line 2 in ecas. The status remains same as "in process".

Thanks. But before that happens is it not supposed to change to 'Application Received'.
nope..did not happen in my case. AOR1 is when application is received by Sydney or Missisauga visa office initialy and when they provide you application number.
May i know your timeline plz?

Did you checked the information letter? if it says "will be transferred" then it takes around 3 weeks to change the status to "application received"

Yes .. it changes to APP RECEIVED once your application reach visa office … it happened file transfers that took place DEC onwards
Depends if you received notice saying "File is transferred.." or "File will be transferred.."
I received notice "File will be transferred" .. on NOV 6
Status changed to APP RECEIVED on DEC 5
and again changed back to IN PROCESS on JAN 10
