Any idea why the delay? Have you raised webforms? If yes what did they respond? I made my application online.!I too applied in October.. October 10th..no updates after that. My friends who applied on November, December got their spouses visa
Hi. I heard from many people applied in October and still awaiting, including my neighbour.Do you know of any applicants who applied in October and havent received it and people who have applied after it and have received it?
Bro how can you wait till now you should know why they are doing this its been more then 3months but still u haven't got any update means u should call them.. Bro. Tried both ways. It's taking time. Even the webform query is answered in 4 weeks.Then u have to follow up very soon .its been 3months its not easy to take it common thousands of applications getting approved with in 5weeks. U can contact to ircc customer care or else ur spouse need to go for mp office in Canada to get ur latest update
Bro bro I applied for the 4time from October 21 onwords my file is in process it took 6weeks from Dec 23 but I sent a mail about my status and trying to call ircc, bro just call them mail them. then only they give u proper responseBro. I would like to present my situation here.
I came on student visa in 2018 for 1 year certificate program and now I am on my PGWP.
I got married over here in Nov 2018. My husband also came here on student visa in a 2 year program.
Right now I am doing a full time job in NOC B and my 1 year will get over in September 1 st week. I want to finish my 1 year as it will boost our points in express entry.
However, my work permit will get expired in June 2020 and my husband is in last semester of his course. His course will get over in April. His study permit will expire on Dec 31 2020 and he will be applying for PGWP in May.
I am not sure when to apply for spousal open work permit based on my husband.
Can I apply after his semester is over or may be just about to get over? As I can stay on implied status and finish my 1 year at my job before the result comes.

Should I apply now when he still has 2.5 months left to finish his studies?
I am afraid just incase if it gets rejected if I apply right now than I won’t be able to finish my 1 year at job.
I am not sure when to apply. Please guide me
