Landing timing at Toronto Pearson International Airport

Hi,

I had applied for my PR in Canada and I have received my Co-PR.
I want to do my landing by Air. Is there a specific time of the day in which I have to land in Canada Airport to get my PR document validated? will there be any immigration officers present if I land late in the night?
My flight is landing at 11:30 PM in Toronto Pearson International Airport. Please advise.

Many international flights arrive late at night , immigration will be there to process

You can land whenever at the airport.
