Hi all

when can be the best time for marriage , in order to will not make any interruption or How i can describe it....:(not making notable delay in his process
after AOR till PPR
:(:(:(:(:(:(
from AOR to PPR there are several months
after PPR and COPR and Landing again sponsorship History begins !!!

If you get married at any time before landing, you have to notify IRCC and have your file updated. There can be a delay at any time your file is updated.

If you get married after you land, you have to sponsor your partner as a spouse, which can take 12 months. Before you land, you have to have your spouse added to your file and examined medically. That can take a few months.

It's up to you which delay you want to avoid most. Be aware that if your spouse costs you points, you may lose your spot.

just let me i ask 2 last Quires on this thread ,

1-adding new person(wife) before landing ,How many months will be added to applicant's profile in compare to the sponsorship time ?
more clear : which one takes less time ? we know sponsorship takes 12 months ...after AOR ...how many months take long ?

2-You mean after AOR if applicant add his wife ....again CRS will be calculated again !o_O:rolleyes::confused:did i get true your point?

1. Expect around 4 months to add your spouse, though it could be shorter or longer. It is generally shorter than spousal sponsorship.

2. AOR doesn't matter. If you marry BEFORE e-APR, your points will be recalculated. If you marry AFTER e-APR, your points will not be recalculated.

Hello @canuck_in_uk
;):DVery Good #news
Very complete and conversant answer

just one thing More , i fall in doubt
i find this thread :
eAPR is your electronic Application for PR (the form you need to fill out after you get your ITA). Then comes the personalized document checklist (uploading the required docs). Once you submit your eAPR (thats what we call the eAPR stage). After you pay your fees, IRCC issues you an AOR (the Acknowledgement of Receipt of your eAPR). This means your application has been queued for review.

So obviously AOR will be generated after e-APR , am i correct ?
may i interpret your perfect answer in this way i am writing.... :
any times after AOR your points will not be recalculated but still takes around 4 months as you mentioned

To your original question, best time to get married is soon after you file your applications, so that your spouse documents can reach in time and may get processed along with yours.

AOR is irrelevant. Again, e-APR is the cut-off.
