Some kind of movement is finally happening on my account:

Stream: CEC Inland
AOR: October 16th
MEP: November 12th
RPRF Request: November 20th
Ghost Update: January 24th

Before the ghost update, my 'Additional Documents' said something like 'Your additional documents have been submitted'. Now it says 'not applicable'. I have a BOWP application open at the same time which was also updated; it now says that they're reviewing my eligibility for that (it used to say that they will let me know when they start reviewing).

Any idea what this means?

Thanks :)

Congrats to those who finally received their golden emails! I'm really happy for you.

Can anyone please share your ghost messages? I can seem to notice them. In my application, I just noticed that the phrase "We will send you a message if this changes." is no longer there for the Review of Eligibility and Review of Additional Documents stages. How about for others?

Anyhow, here are my deets:
AOR: Oct 17, 2019
Medical: Nov. 4, 2019
Biometrics: Nov 7, 2019
VO: Sydney Australia

I'm not sure where I can find or check the other details though so I don't know if they have finally initiated the background check, etc.

Mine is pretty much same

CEC Inland

AOR: Oct 10
MEP : Oct 30
Additional docs request: Nov 7 (Last 10 years history in more specific dates)
Submitted that right away
Eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements
Additional documents: Not applicable
Biometrics: Not required (I guess they got my fingerprints in rcmp background check)
Background check: We are processing your background check

Progress bar says 11 week/58%.
I think the percentage is pretty much automated by number of days.

Hello everyone!

I just got of the phone with an agent. No changes in status except file moved from CIO Sydney, NS to CPC Ottawa on Jan 13.

AOR: OCT 10
MEDS: Passed Nov 1
Eligibility: MET (Waiting for an officer to approve)
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started

Lately, I have seen folks getting PPR (AOR Sep and Oct) and VO being Ottawa. Anyone with same timeline?

Cheers!
Please how did you find out your file was moved from CIO Sydney to Ottawa?

Hello Folks,
I need your advise.
AOR 18th October 2019
Medical Passed 13th November 2019
I called IRCC and found that my primary VO is Edmonton and background check is in progress.
IRCC agent didn't gave clear answers about my Eligibility and security.
Progress bar is showing at 54% completion.

My work permit is going to expire on 5th June 2020.
When do I need to apply for BoWP ?
When will be the best safe time to apply for BoWP?

Hi, My AOR is Oct 18 FSW-O, and the status is very like yours. My file is also moved from CIO to CPC-Ottawa on Jan 13th. They seem to send batch files on that day! Let's hope some officers could review them soon!
Please let me know if you see any movement in your application.

To all those who are waiting with too much exhaustion - let me tell you that the new standard processing timeline is 10-12 months. I got my PR after 10 months. I waited for 300 days.
Give this process at least 15 months. Don't put you life on hold. Youngsters who quit their jobs should either start learning french or do some certification course. Look for another job in your native country, tell them that your visa process can be very unexpected. Don't sit idle at home. Way too much backlog. Join the gym. Pursue a hobby. MENTALLY PREPARE yourself to WAIT. Only THAT is the magic formula.

Be in touch with IRCC via webform either once in two months or once a quarter.

Don't be shy in disclosing or asking for any information.........
