Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

Does anyone from Sri Lanka has received PPR within 3 months as now trend, many out land applications are receiving their PPR in short time.

Is it 3 months since applied for sponsorship or from the date file was forwarded to Srilanka? It’s almost impossible to get PPR within 3 months from the date someone applied for Sponsorship because it takes minimum 45 days for IRCC to just acknowledge your application, then biometrics, medical etc so minimum it would take 5+ months.

hi Kannaki. I am not the applicant so my eligibility passed a long time ago but for my wife it says still being processed.

When did you receive and submit biometrics?

My medical got expired on 26th of Nov 2019. But I still didn't get my request for second medical? What is the reason for getting this much of time process ?I applied on June 2018

Did they call you for Interview? Normally cases take longer time if they called for interview. You can contact local MP if one year passed.

I haven’t received anything yet. I am hoping to get pre arrival by this weekend. JUST HOPING. I ll update you this Saturday
