There are notes towards the end of document from officials who have reviewed your file so far. See those for any concerns.
Recent Atip notes are regards to PCC, travel info, birth certi etc that were sent to them via email arround Oct 2019.
Before that it’s regarding sponsorship approval around Apr 2019.

Here is what concerns me:
Eligibility status: Not Started
Due: 15-04-2020

Admissibilities status: Not Started
Due: 15-04-2020

Medical status: Not Started
Due: 08-12-2019

What are those due dates?
And how come i did not get medical request if it’s passed due date?
Thanks

I believe it's doable. You can ask inland office to be sure. Another way is to send one of the passports to either Manila or Canada along with consent form from VFS global. If one or both of the applicants could not deliver the passports to VFS office in person, consent form is required.

Here is the link to consent from: https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/philippines/pdf/Consent-form-new.pdf
I might need to send passport to manila since i heard it takes only a week to get it back... Thanks

It looks like they updated all applicants (2018 2nd round and almost all of 2019 ) to "In process" together.

Next is PCC ,travel info, country specific requirements forms and medical requests. Not sure when and what order they are going to ask.

Some of those dates may be automatically generated based on the date your application was received. If you are wondering whether they sent an IME request and you did not get it, ask the visa office directly. You can quote some of the information from ATIP request such as "due dates" and ask them if they ever sent you an IME request. If they say they did send you one, follow up with explanation etc. and ask them to resend it.

Hi All,

My father's application had gone "in Process" on December 19th. I received the below message yesterday i.e., January 13th along with the medical request.
"
- Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please provide your personal history and addresses from the age of 18 to the present without any gaps in time. Please include any past visa refusals in Section 4. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/12
- Police Certificate: Please provide an original police clearance certificate for Pakistan. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/12
- RCMP Criminal Record Check: Please provide a certified criminal record check from the RCMP. From our records, it seems you are currently residing in Canada. If this is the case, please apply for an RCMP clearance certificate. If not, please let our office know so that we can issue you instructions on how to do so from outside of Canada. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/12
- IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels form. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/12
"
I can see why they asked for IMM 5669 again as there are a couple of errors on the form we submitted.

Requesting help from the forum community...

1. My dad is currently in Pakistan and he left Canada a few weeks after I filed the application - What do I do for RCMP clearance? Attach a letter that he stayed less than 4 months?
2. We have shown 2 addresses in Pakistan in different provinces, do I need to get PCC from both the provinces?
3. How do we go about getting a PCC in Karachi Pakistan.

Good News now you can obtain Pakistan Police Certificate online ( Karachi or any other place in Pakistan) , here is the link to apply : http://www.npb.gov.pk/index.php/cpcc-2/

- regarding RCMP , you need to let UK- London office know via web form that your parents left and they will issue you Another instructions about how to obtain RCMP PC while being outside of Canada.

I hope it helps !
