My husband ACCA is not completed yet and we havent mentioned in personal history as wll becasue since 2003 its still ongoing and not completed. what are the repercusions of not mentioning it in personal histroy even. He showed his work expereince in personal history from accounts related however have a ECA for bachelor in science

Not sure If it would be a problem or not (to me it doesn't seem like a problem) You get separate points for Employment & Education. If your husband can prove the work experience for the accounts related jobs against the NOC he selects, then it does not matter if he did a Bsc in accounting or science.

Regarding the ACCA, you can discuss it in the letter of explanation perhaps and let the VO know that its still ongoing.
