Congrats!! I also had my test on 21 Nov in Calgary. Have not received the oath date yet.
It is very strange. I have tried a couple of statistical analysis, just to come out with a possible reason why it is taking so long, however, I could not arrive at any good reason.
Passed exam with my spouse in Scarborough on Dec 17th 2019 (Toronto applicants family of 2) - Decision made is reflected in her profile though mine still says in progress. Called the helpline - they say if one person among a joint application has DM, that's fine nothing to worry about.
