Hello, My wife is a BDS graduate from India.She have done WES attestation and it is written as five years bachelor degree.So while creating express entry profile what should be selected either 4 years degree or doctoral degree. Thanks..

Unfortunately, as per WES, the equivalency is still Bachelors. You could only claim points for Bachelors - even if the profession would qualify for Master's degree points. I suggest trying other ECA bodies to see if they would consider the degree as entry level degree to practice a profession.
Similar with a Bachelors of Law degree, if the equivalency is still Bachelors, then one could only claim points for Bachelors. If the equivalency is First Professional Degree, then you could claim points accordingly. I hope this clarifies your question.
