It is frustrating. But there is nothing we can do. Literally other than patiently wait there is nothing else. If they need more information they will let us know. If they require and interview they will let us know. We get no details in emails or webform replies. We are left at their mercy, loll. So lets not lose hope. There are some who started after us and their process has moved on faster than us. For example Patvicto my wifes application was recieved April 15th and went to the Mexico VO on the 10th of October. We have had no update. Someone else from Guyana has the same timeline as us. October 10th in Mexico VO November 29th they got their PPR. We just have to wait it out.
Exactly !!!! You hit this 100% it’s a waiting game , it’s unfair but you have to stay patient . I literally was at the end of my rope and then boom it all happened

I have no clue what any of it means , I just know that we are finished we are happy and I want the same for all of you . The process drained me

lol trust me i'm drained too, not as smooth as i thought it was to be with good communication channels, not at all.

Stay positive, my husband was completed just under the 1 year mark so it does happen.

We are still waiting on his passport but hopefully that it will come this week

I am positive doesn't sound like but i am , just realistic that most probably they won't honor the 12 months unless a big miracle... 43 days .. lol tough to believe.

Glad that it's almost done for you.

You can not expect great communication from a Government office, hate to say it but its true. You are nearing the end and this is the time to be Positive and remain calm, should you go over a year you have to accept it and wait. Just be positive , as draining as it is the only saving Grace is Positivity

The last 45 days were the hardest for me as well. hopefully it will finish within the year

they have a table that says when your app is "supposed" to be completed. Mine been sent in October and it's supposed to be over by Mid january based on site.

https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv...evaluation-comparative/delais-traitement.html

À la mi-décembre 2019, pour un dossier complet, le délai moyen de traitement était de 10 semaines. (so 2 months and half)

Just to lift spirits a little, a January 25th, 2019 applicant got their PPR today! -PA is from Costa Rica. Not me unfortunately, but one of the applicants three weeks later than us.
