I have no idea why they want the resume
But when you go to your gckey and it says at the top upload documents in the instructions they tell you what they wnat in the resume but other than that just address the bullet points in the letter they sent you. I heard that they are only asking for resumes to those who have had a degree in computer science or IT specifically.
