btw, does anyone knows that, to maintain an eligible EE profile , the lowest band for each criteria shall be 6 right? as my overall band is 6 but my writing was 5.5 only..is that the reason to turn the profile Ineligible immediately after a while..?

hi Guys whoever submitted the PR Packet, please clarify the following questions

i) is it okay to Skip the documents as below as it is not applicable in my case may be in your case too
Checklist #3) Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (if applicable)
Checklist #6) Schedule 5: Declaration of Intent to Reside in Quebec: Economic Classes
Checklist #8) Use of a Representative (IMM 5476)
Checklist #10) Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)
Checklist #11) Proof of Language Proficiency - is this Mandatory as mine is NOC B

ii) Checklist #13)Identity and Civil status documents: I and my spouse don't have birth certs - can we apply without it, we use our passport or secondary certificate as proof of birth certificate in India, but I am not sure what should we do if we don't have birth certs for PR Packet?

iii) Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM 5562) Question # 2 - so I have travelled to the USA and stayed there in multiple cities - so for this question can I put one record for the total time I stayed in the USA, or should I put each record for each city I stayed since the column in table asks for Destination (City and country) but I am confused here as more records means would be more confusing as it reflects as if I travelled to multiple USA cities on multiple times from my Origin country which is not true I just travelled once to USA and stayed there in multiple places?

iv) Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) - Question# 8 - Personal history - for my wife in USA Status I have put as "Other' as she was dependent not Visitor, student, worker etc..

I am running late preparing my packet, I now I have I question: Anyone knows if do I need to translate and notarize the certificate of birth from my family and mine? If I provide the certificate of birth and marriage certificate, do I need to provide a national ID also?

thanks in advance!

NO, it states clearly that complete address of the photography studio needs to be written on.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-p7000-application-permanent-residence-provincial-nominee-class.html

The back of one (1) photo must:
bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio;
bear the date the photo was taken;
The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are not accepted.

ii) I don't have birth certificates as well because when we get married, the married certificate overrules them. Send a copy of your married certificate, officially translated + another official ID also translated.

iii) I'm afraid you have to specify each and every trip from the last 10 years
as it states. If you need more space you can add a page by the end and draw the whole chart, adding the info you need

iv) I'm not sure, but I would add an explanation letter explaining the whole situation, so it's clear to them what "other" means.

Yes, you need certified translations to all the documents that are not in English, including another ID from your country.

So there are two types of Employer Job Offer,

The first one is Foreign Worker stream and the other one is international student stream.

The foreign worker stream requires you to have 2 years work experience either in Canada or outside Canada (and also this can be accumulated, so you can add you 1 year experience in Canada to your 1 year experience in - let's say Dubia). - so that adds up to 2years ( within the last 5 years).
For more info: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-foreign-worker-stream

The international student stream requires you to have at least 2 years program education in Canada and at least 1 year experience I believe. The thing is that this stream is paused right now until further notice.
For more info: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-international-student-stream

Good luck
Hi asprey to jump
Into this post but does this also allow those who were completing a accelerated diploma 4 semesters and completed within 16 months

Thanks Fonca, if I am not wrong, you are Brazilian, am I correct? So, did you translate your Certificate of Birth, Marriage Certificate, and your RG?

Another question, did you validate your Police Certificate at the Brazilian Consulate in Toronto?

thanks again!

I've got the certified translation of my marriage certificate, my kids birth certificates, and our Brazilian driver's licenses. After getting the online police check, I've just sent to a certified translation as well.
I've talked to some people around about the documents and nobody sent to the consulate... Let's see if all goes well!

Thanks @Fonca for answering the questions. can you please clarify below.

ii) My marriage certificate is already in English so is that enough or do i need another document ?if so what is it ?

iii) i already mentioned last 10 years as each row, but due to stay in multiple cities (for Ex: i entered canada last year if i stay in Mississauga and move to torronto .. should is put as one row since i entered canada once which is correct as per my understanding , else would i have to split it as i Mississauga and torronto )?

iv)is there a contact number to call them? or can we email them?

v) i have put passport as National ID , that is correct i think, what you guys put please advise?

YES, that's what I planned, now is waiting for my lawyer's suggestion.
Morning!
I checked the IMM5690e checklist today, and I found the photos requirements:
On the back of one (1 ) of the photographs, write the name and date birth of the person who appears in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken. leave the other photograph blank.

I am wondering what you wrote on the back of the photo ? @chivinas
