June 4, 2019 Request for AD-clearance from Ministry of justice in my country

Now I see "Your application is taking us longer than usual to process". There are no updates since medical exam. My co-worker with 1 dependent got through just for 12 months.

Yesterday I got a call from my agent. He sent webform 10 days ago and he got answers yesterday. The answer was that cic issued reday for visa on Nov.4. But my agent and I have never get any e-mail from cic. My agent sent webform again yesterday for e-mailing again.
I worry I should send pictures and papers within 30 days. Already 10 days gone. ....... another 10 or 12 days..... worry alot.

It was not mentioned: "have forwarded it to the responsible office".
Also: "They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application".
