IQAS Application Processing Time (URGENT)

Hi All,
I have applied for my education evaluation in IQAS. On their website it says, it will take 3 months to evaluate. I submitted my file in July 2019 and still waiting for the results. Could anyone please help me in this regard. As in, what i can do to get my result. or is there anyone is also facing this issue?

When were the transcripts delivered?
It takes almost 4.5 months from the date of all of the documents delivered.
