Hi Guys
If I have a representative acting on my file … Can I email NDVO additional documents requested by myself?
Or is it necessary that only my lawyer has to send them email?

Anybody having idea ...Please reply its very urgent

Your lawyer is your representative so he will send the documents. Whatever is asked forward to your lawyer.

I understand that .. But their office is too slow in doing things.
I wanted to send the email by myself and submit documents. Can I not deal with NDVO directly

The most reliable option is to log in to your CIC account and upload the documents.
The next option (which is not so promising as the officer might take a long time to acknowledge the receipt of your documents), is using a webform to NDVO

I am being asked to email some additional documents.
I have a representative on my file who is super slow and will take a month
That's why I wanted to know if I can send documents by myself by email

  1. We received PA name 's application for permanent residence on June 17, 2019.
  2. We started processing PA name 's application on September 16, 2019.
  3. We sent PA name medical instructions on August 13, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  4. Medical results have been received.
  5. We sent PA name a letter on August 30, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

this is what ECAS says. The file was sent to New Delhi on Aug 30th. We received that letter in the cic account. After that we didn't receive any letter.
Does anybody know what is the average processing time in Delhi ?

In the myCIC account the status is given as

Review of eligibility
  • We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results
  • August 26, 2019 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents
  • We do not need additional documents.
Interview
  • You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics
  • We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check
  • We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision
  • Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

The duration of security check is not same for all and the point when they start it also differs. It's a mandatory internal procedure
This is the reason why everybody doesn't receive PPR email within any specific time frame

Pre-arrival is sent when an immigration officer has completed assessment of your relationship and is convinced that relationship is genuine;its called Eligibility passed. Rest assured. The background check is making all the difference after pre-arrival, depending upon when
it was started and till the completion.

I got PAL on 15 nov but my eligibility status has not changed to passed till date.
