Hi,

I am planning to join a public university in Canada to achieve bachelor’s degree. I wanted my husband and baby to join me. Is it possible? If possible, kindly brief the process to attain a visa.

You can certainly apply for a student visa - however you'll want to make sure that the studies you plan to take in Canada make sense in light of your previous education and work experience. What are you planning on studying in Canada? Have you been working since 2010 and if so, in what field?

You can apply to have your husband and daughter accompany you - however this can make it more difficult to be approved since IRCC may have concerns you have plans on remaining in Canada long term. Which country are you from? Are you living there now or elsewhere? Do you have a travel history to countries requiring visas?
