Urgent help : My husband planning to desert me and my daughter in india and applying for his PR

Hi all,
I need urgent help as i am apprehensive that my husband is planning to dump me and my daughter in india and trying to run away to canada by securing canadian PR for himself only. He has secured his desired result in IELTS and is done with almost all the documentations.After being continuously harassed physically,mentally and verbally , i have been compelled to leave my matrimonial home and come back to my mother's house . I have already filed case in CAW cell but i am worried that he might escape the law .Guys please help me how to stop him from running away. Is there something that i can do to stop his PR?

No, you can't stop his PR. Focus on what you can do in your own country.

what legal steps can i take against him...i have already filed complaint against him with police and Crime against women cell . We both are meeting in our hearings at women cell in my country as he has got summon from woman cell. Is this enough to stop him from absconding to canada.

There is nothing Canada can do to help you in this case unfortunately. Continue your legal processes.

It is perfectly legal in Canada to leave a spouse. Nothing he has done makes him inadmissible to Canada. Again, you need to focus on what you can do in your own country.

Unless he is using points from your education and IELTS there is not much you can do but move on with your life.
