spouse work experience documents asked in pr application even though i said no to work experience

hi i recently got ita for pr and when i checked the document lists they have asked for my wife work experience letter . even though i selected "no" to question if your spouse has any work experience . i m confused what to do can someone help me please..

Same for me also. Wife is primary applicant and they asked for my experience certificate also. I don't have any Canadian work experience.

If she really doesn't have any work experience, upload a document that says your wife does not have any work experience.

So does it mean that even if we are not claiming any point for spouse's work experience, we should submit their work experience documents??
