i think - no, but it`s my opinion. bio - it`s just procedure "for statistics" (I previously said that bio does not affect anything. this is not an indicator that you will be approved or not approved. but two people assiduously assured me of the opposite...just no comments:cool:).

* i live in Minsk and will be do bio in Lviv or Kiev;) I haven`t bio but file go to VO
Make sure if it’s Kiev book your appointment online ! Because calling them is pointless they will not book threw call and it’s very hard to understand what they are saying they speak at 120 km/hr wether it’s in Russian or ukrainian! But online it’s super simple and quick

Biometrics is used for criminality check in Canada and the US. If they find identical fingerprints in a criminal case, it'll affect your application from security prospective.

Maybe...but only if I was in this countries. I am sure that the first goal for bio was to record people for the database.and I repeat how I wrote in first msg - it's only my opinion

Hi everyone,

My AOR is 23Nov, now application was transfer to VO Manila, Philippines. Do you know any topics for VO Manila? Thanks.

hello everyone,

I need advise or help. I am preparing all the documents needed for my OUTLAND SPOUSAL VISA APPLICATION hopefully I can send this on january.

Does anyone have idea if I still need to do the BIOMETRIC again since I had it already on March 2019 for visitor visa?

If not, should I attached the receipt copy of my biometric appointment letter?

Principal Sponsor Filipino and my husband is Canadian Citizen.

Thank you in Advance.God Bless:)

thanks. I am sure that you will also quickly go through all the stages. PLZ If you have questions, write in private messages.
* In addition, some forum users tactlessly answer questions instead of me, to messages addressed to me
(This is similar to "student syndrome in the front row" - I know everything).

They do use them for database checks against existing fingerprints, even if the hit rate is low.

I believe the reason they collect and keep fingerprints in part is in case any immigrant commits a crime later. You can imagine the political uproar if it turns out they can't identify an immigrant-criminal because they didn't collect this info.
