Probably this question if for @chivinas or others who sent the PR packet. I am unable to understand these points -- Please clarify.

1. Last point-18 of the checklist says -- include 2 self addressed mailing labels. One in English/French and another in the language used by your country.
Q1: What does this point mean? Enclose envelopes with our own address and pay for its postage back? Or does it mean just create a shipping label and put it in? In either case, how big is the envelope and how to buy postage from courier companies so far in advance? What did you guys enclose?

2. Put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9” x 12”) envelope.
Q2: Is there a standard mailing envelope that you guys used? Any standard envelope with this dimension? Eg: Fedex flat rate envelope or something else? What did you guys use?

1 - I've sent just two labels in english, no extra envelopes are necessary.

2 - Use that standard registered envelope with tracking. One thing that I've heard to be important is: organize your papers in the same order of the check list, it helps saving time in the process.

Good luck!!

Ok thanks a lot. Which courier have you used for return labels? What date did you chose as return shipping date?

I've made them, no payed ones... There's no need to put a date because the only reason thay would use them is if sth is not correct in your package of documents.
Well, at least that's what I did, I hope I'm righto_O
