Hey all I'm a October applicant! I haven't been able to link my OWP yet but I have gotten my PR AOR and linked that already. I'm worrying I may have typed something wrong even though I probably didn't since I feel like it would have got returned if something was wrong with it. The stress of it not linking is just getting to me and I hope I get it soon since mostly everyone has been able to link it after just 2 days and it's been about a week for me already:(

I have a question about linking OWP.

Why do you guys have to link OWP? for knowing the process?

or does it quicken the process?

I don’t think it quickens the process. You just link to monitor it. But you don’t have to . You can wait till you get the email

Hey! It took me several weeks from when I linked my PR app to linking my OWP (linked PR Nov 7, OWP Nov 26). It likely would have been returned along with your entire app if anything was wrong. Keep trying different combinations, as for me, the "main" way of doing it didn't work (I had to use place of birth instead of passport).

Just keep trying!
