Job offer points not being counted in PR application process

Hi Sir,
Iam on Open Work Permit (Spouse Sponsored Visa) in Canada from last 1 year , and also doing NOC - A category job in Software department.

Recently I cleared my IELTS exam and also submitted my PR application online through IRCC website.

However after submitting , i observed that 50 points reduction in my total points , upon checking job offer points (50) is not been taken count., though i have said i have job offer while filling my application.

Upon re verifying my application , the field which is causing the reduction of points is
"Does employer name is on the current work Permit "

Defintely it would not be , as Iam on open work Permit.
CAn you please help me in ths regards

Job offer points is only for LMIA approved job offers or lmia exempted Intra company transfer work permit after working in Canada for 1 year.
Open work permit is not eligible for job offer 50 points.

As said above, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to claim the 50 points. What you have now does not count as a job offer for Express Entry.
