I got reply of my web form twice, second time that added a line
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.
Rest the msg was all same but this line added in second reply of same web form request, what does that mean, please reply

I too received two different responses couple of months ago, seems to be from different agents.

Nope, still waiting, sent another webform last week and got a generic reply saying that mine is still being processed.
So, don't get your hopes up with 2 replies.
