I’ll be getting my ATIP in two weeks, will let you know what’s on my file about the sponsorship eligibility review.

one question - what did you mean that the province contacted you?

Hey @SAMHR . So i was told by the province today they have already responded to the IRCC on Sept 17 after getting the initial request on aug 29.

This is crazy that even though they got the response from province within 2 weeks for us they aren't still getting bavk to our file

And what's more crazy is even though they got the response on sept 17. My GCMS notes that i ordered on OCT 21 which is received on NOV 21 still says case pending receipt of SSC-ON Toronto.

Hello
I have question regarding family size as am planning for 2020 PGP application.
I got married in 2018 and i will be provoding 2017,2018 ,2019 notice of assesment.Does my wife count for 2017 family size for income requirement purpose.I talked to lawyer and he says you need to have minimum income for all 3 years for the size of family on the date of application.but CIC website has contradictory explanations i will paste one example from cic website below. If some one can clarify that would be great.

Example 3
Ryan and Anne became common-law partners in 2017. They had a baby in 2018. Ryan wants to sponsor his grandmother and grandfather. Ryan’s grandparents don’t have any dependent children. Anne will be the co-signer.

If Ryan wants to sponsor his grandparents in 2019, Ryan and Anne (together) have to meet the income requirements for 2018, 2017 and 2016.

In 2016, Ryan’s family size was 3:

  • Ryan
  • his grandmother and grandfather
In 2017, Ryan’s family size was 4:

  • Ryan
  • his grandmother and grandfather
  • his partner, Anne
In 2018, Ryan’s family size was 5:

  • Ryan
  • his grandmother and grandfather
  • his partner, Anne
  • his baby
Even though Anne is only included in the family size in 2017, she has to provide her proof of income for 2018, 2017 and 2016, as she’s the co-signer on the application.

Hi
I received the same letter for my parents. Do you know if this is the next step after Sponsorship is approved . Because I haven’t even receive SA letter yet

I would say so. I received SA on November 1st stating that my parents’ application will be transferred and processed in Singapore office. I assume the file is transferred only once sponsor gets approval. Otherwise there is just a waste of time to process principal application just to find out later that their sponsor is not eligible to sponsor them.

If I were you, I would check Spam folder carefully and call CIC if still no email in inbox and spam folder.

@robertp
Please update my line 486:
SA letter received (Dec 4) and request for: PCC, travel history, copy of all pages of passport and CV/resume, country specific requirements, details of military service from CPC-M.
