When you sent the passport did you keep the tracking number from perpaid enevolpe.
But i’m shocked my passport delivered on 18th December and your’s on 19th mine’s not approved finally yet.

You can call IRCC. You need to use options 3-4-0. If the queue is long you can leave your phone number and they will call you back once they reach your number. Ask them what is your tracking number and when was it sent. The other option is to use web form but they reply after 5-6 days. However, by that time you already will have your passport. Did you send the extra prepaid enevolpe . Tracking number was on that . When you sent it you have to note it

I called today to IRCC agent. He said passport isn’t send yet.
