Conversion from WES canada (Education) to IRCC for Express Entry PR

Hi There,

I have wrongly submitted and paid for application for WES (Canada) instead of IRCC for express entry for PR. Is there any way I can modify the same to IRCC. I am trying to be in touch with customer care but its been 3 days and no reply through mail. Is there any phone number I could reach them on?

Any help is appreciated.

Were you trying to apply for an ECA, then you had to pay to WES.

If you think you made a mistake, you need to write an email to WES and request cancellation of ECA. They will refund you your money, though, there will be cancellation charge of ~50 CAD.
