I got a GU as well but I did not call them.
Did you ask for additional documents in your case?

Thank you, my timeline is as follows :

AOR : 2nd May (FSW-O)
Medical Passed : June 11 2019
Biometrics : June 29,2019
Application moved to Vancouver from Montreal : 6th September
Ghost Update : 28th Nov
PPR:29th Nov

I got a gu as well, status changed to Application/profile updated and now it's back to Submitted...fingers crossed
