Need guidence for ices evaluation

Im currently looking for degree evaluation. WES does not accept evaluation from my university - University of Management & Technology.
But then i made account on ICES. They dont require hardcopies instead they are asking for scanned copies from me and my university.

Any one who has experience from ICES. Please guide the process as im still confused.

Transcripts from university to be posted to them.
The documents you have need to be scanned front and back (even if blank) in colour and uploaded on the placeholders (separate for degree and marksheets). Passport and any change of name proof also go in the respective placeholders.

Transcript to be posted or email? As what i read today it says that i can be mail or email from the university.
