I need detailed information regarding below points

1. The Medical Examination Confirmation (What is the ideal time to get this certificate?)
2. Police Certificates (PCs) (What should be the issue date?)
3. The Copy of Passport / Travel Document Bio Data Page
4. The Proof of Work Experience (What document should be included and issue date?)
5. The Proof of Funds (What document should be included and issue date?)

After getting invitation.

After getting invitation

3. The Copy of Passport / Travel Document Bio Data Page

Reference letter as per CIC format ( including ur designation ,employment type , work period , salary , hours per week, job duties )

5. The Proof of Funds (What document should be included and issue date?)

Letter from bank manager to be issued after getting the invitation.bank statements/ FD receipt.
Note- better if the POF amt is maintained 6 months prior to receiving ITA

Thr experience letter from my previous employer is signed by the Managing Director. Due to restructuring there is no HR manager to provide the letter. It meets all other requirements. I do have an old letter from HR director obtained 3 years ago which I can use to complement the current letter. However, it does not include duties and responsibilities.

Also, my current job is 3+ years, shall I remove my previous employer as I believe current experience will suffice?

I haven't received ITA but trying to collect docs just in case.

Only the work experience for which u are claiming point needs to be mentioned in the work history section , the rest can be mentioned in the personal history section.
Getting letter issued from MD is not an issue, provided he can recognize you and talk on ur role in case of any verifcation done from the CIC team
