Work permit extension after course completion

Hi guys my wife is doing doing a DSW course and is in 3rd semester now, myself and my kid came through her via SOWP (spouse open work permit) visa.
My wife is pregnant now and we're expecting a baby by July 2020,her permits are going to expire on July 20th 2020.
What happens if she doesn't get a full-time job after her school, and what's going to happen to our extensions.

Kindly help

If her school qualifies, she can apply for a PGWP. However, if she doesn't get a skilled job and 3 payslips, you won't qualify for a work permit and will need to apply to change your status to visitor.
