Job and study simultaneously-ob experience will be considered or not for express entry

I have studied my M.Phil. degree in geography in evening (regular) in my native country and also did a full-time teaching job (teacher of geography to A level students) Cambridge affiliated Institute in morning. My question is this job experience will be considered or not for express entry!! And job experience required for last 10 years or 3 years before apply?

you have to explain this in LOE as CIC won't consider this experience since you were in full time education along with full time work experience so explain the same both the conditions in LOE
