I mean I passed everything as you and have been told since September 17 that it is in final step for decision. Based upon what I have seen, this step takes long in small offices like Winnipeg and Edmonton. In Ottawa, I have seen it takes 2-3 weeks.
Btw, I have completed 11 months and CEC too
Did you get PPR?

that is ready for visa email not COPR - do not get mixed up - COPR will arrive by normal mail I believe that is why you have to provide a prepaid return envelope

COPR arrives by normal mail??....isn't the COPR = the stamp that they put on the passports we submit?

Every week on Saturday wake up with Despair of not getting PPR this week too and at the same time with hope of receiving in coming week. It seems we are in a journey of walking through a long tunnel with hope of seeing light of the day in a while. Few miles of walk everyday, few phone calls to Agent with raising hopes but situation remains same. It seems nothing one could hear apart from whisper and silence of cold, dark nights. It's a long wait and kind of painstaking too without having any specific deadline which make the situation difficult and more anxious. It's 286 days and still counting...

Wow u have everything passed since oct 15!! What are they waiting for?
And here I was thinking I will get the final decision in a week as everything is passed. But looks like they take couple of months to just send that email! So cruel! Damn this wait
