I have completed my bachelors & Masters degree from two different universities in India wanted to confirm on how and what all documents i need to send to WES.

No, there is no specific discussion there, i just want to know if i have to mentioned the same WES reference number, need transcript of mark sheets and degree's from both the different universities, so total 2 envelope? other than this any others requirements?

Once you have obtained your reference number from WES, WES will tell you the exact requirements that are needed for you to send them.
Most of the applicants from India are required to send their bachelor and master degree's official transcripts and copy of degree. Some master's such as M.Tech, M.Engineering, M.Ed are not required to send their bachelor degree documents.
