How can I find out which center is processing my application?

Applied online in Europe.

Is it not the Canada Visa Application Centre where you had your Biometrics?

Could be, though technically one can give biometrics anywhere.
I did it in Dublin, but I think London office processes those.
Gosh it is so confusing
