I did my Masters from USA in 2010 and I currently stay in India. Has anyone been in this exact situation? How did you contact your college and ask them to send the sealed transcripts to WES? Did you call them or email them? Do they agree to send the transcripts to Canada?

It's pretty straighforward from the US.

Just check your university website. They give you the option to send transcripts wherever you need to.
