Hi everyone,

I'm a newcomer and now considering about EE - The Federal Skilled Worker program and after reading information provided on CIC website, I would like to ask some questions about proof of previous work experience.

- My case is I have worked 3 different jobs outside Canada and found that 2 of them are in NOC OAB list so what I would like to know is I could only use 1 job to calculate my score right? and this one requires letter of employment to prove right? How about the other jobs, do I need to mention them and have letter of employment as well? And how should I do If I could not provide letter of employment for these 2 jobs?

- In case I lost one of my labour contract, how could I do to prove it? Should I submit other documents like bank statement, health insurance record or anything else? Or Should I write a letter to explain my situation.

- Is it a big trouble if my employer closes their business at the time my application is under processed?

How about the other jobs, do I need to mention them and have letter of employment as well? You do not have to mention in work history. Only mention in personal history. This way you are disclosing to CIC but also you do not have to get employment docs for those jobs. And how should I do If I could not provide letter of employment for these 2 jobs? Based on above answer, this is NA.

However you need evidence that proves your roles and responsibilities, type of employment. Bank statement may just indicate salary but not other info. You can definitely write letter but you need to convince that you can't get documents.

- Is it a big trouble if my employer closes their business at the time my application is under processed? No, if cic can still verify to your employment. If your is a small company, and does not have much presence in web, it might take time and they might ask for additional info.
