Why ircc ( Calgary office) is taking so so long to review the additional documents and wrap up the application??

I god DM in this morning.
I applied May 8 2018.
My time line will be over 11 08 2019. My time line is almost done.
I expect ppr and copr very soon( monday). I am very tired of my current working place and co-workers.

I have 2 dependants. I was so hard to wait. My co-worker and I began to work together at the same day as well applied almost same. But she got pr in May 2019. I am still working on it. Hopely soon. Emotionaly I was so hard. I do not know when I will do landing. I hope to finalize everything in this coming week. Thanks.
