I applied under this pathway. Documents were received on Sept. 24 and I got AOR on Oct. 30. Linked my application to my online account. Waiting for further updates.

the page you referenced here concerns sponsoring(spouse etc) and not hiring a worker,
Yes, that is true. With hccp from what i applied for, it did not require LMIA anymore. Whoever is assessing the paper, it is from cpc which is an ircc office. Maybe they will send it to esdc for assessment or they will have a new guideline. No way of telling for now

Or maybe they will based it same way as LMIA. I was just confused because I called LMIA department which is from ESDC, they said they dont handle HCCP anymore. It is the IRCC. I will let you guys know if i get more info

its ESDC/staticscanada/service Canada that dictates the LICO, IRCC just abides by it.

Guys please don’t be confused with LMIA.

HCCPP is a different and new process.
Yes, it was a question to establish some link for LICO. And not LMIA.

Hello - employer has gross income on NOA for past 3 years average of $135,000 and family of 3. Do you think it should be sufficient enough to justify IRCC that employer can pay caregiver wages

Hi I would like to ask where did you applied from? Are you applying with work experience. I've submitted my application last Sept 19 and haven't receive AOR yet. I'm getting worried.
