I use to think interview is always for couples. If you don’t mind can you share ur experience there?
The interviewer only asked personal questions, when, where, how I met my husband, date we got married, family members present, just personal questions, I guess what the interviewer wanted to know is how genuine the marriage is, I also gave them supporting documents, e.g vacation pictures, wedding pictures, proof of support from spouse, it wasn’t hard, you just have to flow, smile, and don’t lie to the interviewer.

Sorry if I may ask how long have you been married. I am Canadian pr sponsoring my spouse and married for 6 years+ and yet my husband received an email asking what date we met. But before he could reply he received a phone call also asking the same question. He answered them to his best of knowledge but since then we have not heard anything per say. He sent them an email and all they said was his application is in queue for review which is an abstract answer. So I am just curious to know if the length of marriage determines if one might be called for an interview. Thanks in advance for your response.
