It seems that CRS points may not be awarded for a degree from a non-recognized institution.. You may wanna go for an ECA organization other than WES (such as IQAS), and hope for the best..

You cannot claim points for degree's awarded from non-recognised institutions. WES is notorious for not recognising many colleges and universities despite being recognised by other evaluation agencies such as IQAS and ICAS. However, IQAS and ICAS have lengthy processing times (~6 months)
Hi guys, need some help and advise.
I made a payment to Wes through credit card on Dec 12 (yesterday). During the process, after clicking the submit button, the amount got deducted from my card but the site kept on loading. Now, the payment status still shows 'We have not received your payment'.
What can possibly happen in this situation and what action must I take to overcome this issue?
Really getting distressed over this.
