my pr application is in process and i being charged with assualt . can someone help me . should i loose my immingration .

if crown offers me to sign peace bond and withdrawn the charges .You can’t withdraw the charges. They are brought on you by the crown.

i dont think so my charges will dropped ..... there no other way like peace bond .Your application will be put on hold until the outcomes of the charges are known. You should make sure you are working with a very good lawyer and can get the charges dropped.
should i hire criminal and immigration lawyer both ??That’s where a very good lawyer comes into the equation. And IRCC would still scrutinize the application thoroughly. They probably already have received notice of the charges.
