HR and coworkers cannot give experience letters for any visa formalities as per the company policy.
I have every other supporting documents to prove my employment status and the job designation but the roles and responsibilities that is required in a specified format by IRCC is something that is tricky for me to get.

It's not an experience letter, it's a dueties letter.
What if you do it, would they sign it?
